Fitness Workshop P.T.S. (Personal Training Studio) was created by Colin
and Cora Moses to fill that niche in Toronto between the two ends of

Colin has been in the fitness industry for the last 25 years and has a
vast amount of experience in training for the purpose of weight loss,
health and general well being, fitness, sports conditioning,
bodybuilding and powerlifting.
His unique weight loss program incorporates a blend of resistance
exercises, interval training, and kick boxing to create workouts for
his clients that are EXCITING, FUN and most importantly EFFECTIVE! To

Jenna at just two+ years old already wants to get on the treadmill. :)
Mya (at less
than two years old at the time of this video) is another fitness
protege' and is currently in the process of making a DVD workout series
for toddlers! ;)
