Your rate never increases from the rate you start with. This is the case even if you decide to renew your package. As a matter of fact, your rate is guaranteed to stay the same even if our rates had gone back up to our regular rates at the time of your renewal! (when a promotion ends)  

On top of this, your rate  is guaranteed to go down if at the time of your renewal (again ... if you choose to renew of course)  a promotion offering lower rates than what you got is on!
