Incidentally, in the interest of total transparency, these Personal training testimonials in Toronto are all solicited.
In other words, on an ongoing basis I ask clients who meet their fitness goals (or otherwise thought they made significant progress) if they would be comfortable giving me an honest testimonial/review ... but only if they thought it was merited.
These clients were also asked if they're ok with being contacted for verification purposes in the rare event that this is asked for.
As you can imagine most people are not be too comfortable with that (no matter how impressed they are/were with me! lol) but the Personal Trainer testimonials of the ones who are .. are posted here.
However, to be clear. No client was rewarded or remunerated in any fashion for giving a testimonial. Therefore all testimonials are strictly voluntary and verifiable.
Ok, now that we've got that out of the way, these testimonials are fairly typical representations of all of my other success stories that I've had over the years. (As other clients feel comfortable about theirs being made public I'll be posting them here as well.)
BTW, I've been blessed to have a whole bunch of great clients over the years (the majority of my clients are obviously not on this page) ... so much so that whenever they come in for their sessions, each and every one of them makes my day just a little brighter! :)

So Colin asked me to give a Personal training review/testimonial and I agreed. However this is gonna be a bit different because its also a testimonial about HIS progress. (BTW, I challenged him to post it so we'll see if he does, since it reveals some surprising things about him)
So a little while back I was with him for about six months and wasn't seeing nearly the amount of progress in terms of my fitness that I thought I should see. Here I was with this supposedly "most experienced of them all" personal trainer in Toronto and I was really stuck. Now to be fair, I wasn't following all of his advice.
However since I was showing up for my sessions religiously I thought that would be enough. Anyways, one day I was so frustrated that I actually challenged him to do the things he was telling me (and I assume his other clients too) to do.
See at that time he himself was quite "chunky" as well so I was a little skeptical of his methods. To my surprise, he viewed it as partly a challenge and partly as a way to motivate ME to get on track.
Long story short, over the next three to four months he dropped about thirty pounds! (which he said was "a healthy rate" of weight loss.)
To say I felt a bit foolish was an understatement so I decided to get on track with what he was teaching me. Guess what? Got to my goal weight within six months. (I had quite a bit more weight to lose than he had! lol) Thanks for persisting and not losing the faith in me! Robert.
