Our regular Personal Training rates range up to *$83.25 per session which is at the low end of a fairly standard rate for an experienced, certified Personal Trainer in Toronto ... especially one offering the private "in studio" fitness facilities that we have.

Ok, it's obvious that you know your stuff, so why are your rates so much more affordable than anyone else? After all, isn't price relative to quality?
One of the frustrations I found in the industry was that Personal Training tends to be cost prohibitive for the average person.
I made it my mission to change that almost 30 years ago! This is the reason that I offer the most affordable rates in the industry for the expertise and experience I bring to my clients.
I truly believe that top quality personal training does not have to be financially out of reach.
